How are you spices packed?
Our spices are ground fresh and packed by hand in an airtight ziptop bag.
How do I store my spices?
Your spices should be kept as far as possible from the range/stove or any other source of intense heat, yet convenient to your food preparation area. Heat will speed flavor loss in your spices, while the steam from cooking can cause ground spice blends to cake.
We also recommend keeping your Blue Lotus spices away from strong, direct light. Substantial color loss ( as in “straw”-colored herbs ) is also a sign of substantial flavor loss. Refrigeration will increase the life of your spices but is not necessary.
Are the spices gluten-free, Non-GMO, and/or Vegetarian?
Yes, they are gluten-free. They are Vegetarian and Non-GMO.

How long does shipping usually take?
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Any orders outside of the U.S may take 14-21 business days. Weather, Holidays, Location, and Customs play a huge part in shipping and delivery time. You can always track your package via the tracking number sent to you via email.
If you would like your order shipped sooner or if placing a very large order, please contact us via email before placing your order.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to shipping costs and costs of manufacturing, we can not accept returns. On orders that have been fulfilled incorrectly we will re-issue the correct item(s) and/or issue a refund at our discretion. Please email us immediately if there is an issue with your order or the products you received, and we will be more than happy to fix it.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of used product.

What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life of our spices is up to a year but if stored in a cool, dark place they will last you well over a year!
